DEPOSITS -To reschedule your appointment, you must create an account with the email you used to book and go to your bookings to reschedule -A 50% Non-Refundable deposit of the total cost is required to book an appointment -Deposits are transferable if you reschedule 24 hours before your appointment (Valid up to 6 month) -If you'd like to reschedule within the 24-hour frame, you will need to rebook and a new deposit is required -No shows will not be booked again. if you wish to rebook, you have to pay for the appointment you missed and for the new one SALON RULES -No guests allowed -I do not do foreign refills -Masks are optional -If you are feeling ill, please reschedule as soon as possible PAYMENT OPTIONS Cash (Tax-free) Interac E-Transfer - Credit - Debit - Apple Pay (HST)
